Incorrect start

Alarm Description:
Start sequence failure

This alarm signals an incorrect starting sequence, which can be caused by many scenarios.  Below are some examples:

  1. 1. The foot-pedal was pressed before the vehicle was keyed on.
  2. 2. The traction enable switch has been shorted, and thus active when the vehicle is keyed on.
  3. 3. Etc.

Ensure that all microswitches are not active, shorted, faulty, etc., when the vehicle is keyed on.  If the problem persists, then the fault is located in the logic board and it must be replaced.
