If a ZAPI product is in need of analysis of repair, we are the only people with the knowledge and experience to properly diagnose and repair it.  ZAPI has never authorized the repair and resale of its products by any other company or representative.  The fact is that there are certain potential issues related to software, communication protocol, and hardware revision levels that can only be serviced by a factory-authorized repair facility.  In North America, that means you must call ZAPI Inc.
